Since joining as Senior Legal Director in 2016, James has supported Soho House’s global growth across its hospitality and retail verticals, and he is responsible for the development and oversight of the company’s intellectual property strategy. He also played central roles in Soho House’s listing on the NYSE, and more recently its take-private transaction. James previously worked for international law firm Withers LLP, leading corporate and finance transactions across the firm’s London and Milan offices.
