Emma-Jane has worked at Richemont for over 13 years. She is in-house counsel within Richemont's Intellectual Property Team, responsible for global anti-counterfeiting and brand protection matters both online and offline for Richemont and its Maisons. She works across the Richemont IP team to ensure that IP rights are protected across the digital landscape, at customs and in all other physical locations. She manages numerous litigations and enforcement projects including different types of IP rights across multiple countries. Emma-Jane is on the board of the Anti-Counterfeiting Group and is a member of the INTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee.
