Nicole Manzanitis

Nicole Mazanitis is a partner in Curtis’ litigation group and her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, notably in the area of intellectual property.

Nicole has represented clients in a variety of domestic and international matters, including utility, design, and pharmaceutical (Hatch-Waxman) patent infringement; copyright infringement; trademark infringement, unfair competition, and counterfeiting; trade secret misappropriation; defamation; and internet and privacy law.  She also assists clients in developing and protecting international portfolios of trademark and copyright rights.  Her industry experience includes fashion and jewelry, the arts, housewares, manufacturing, consumer products, and software.

Nicole is an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law, where she teaches a Negotiation and Mediation Practicum.
