Graeme is Marketing & IP Counsel for William Grant & Sons, an independent, family-owned Scottish company that distils Scotch whisky and other spirits. Graeme covers a wide range of work for the business, from partnerships and regulatory compliance to IP portfolio management and disputes. Over the last year, Graeme has been involved in the running of William Grant & Sons’ Anti-Counterfeit Group, developing a cross-functional approach to tackling counterfeit in market.
